our server centralizes member information and dynamically stores

7. How does the iSpyNOW module get on a remote PC?
There are multiple methods you can use to get the file
on the remote machine. The most widely used option is to send
it via e-mail, and have the remote user execute it (keep in mind,
once it is executed, they will NOT be prompted with any dialogs
or windows. iSpyNOW will begin monitoring their machine in 110%
stealth).
The other options would be to manually run the file on the target
machine, or copy it to a floppy disk or CD, take it to the machine,
and run it yourself. The possibilities are endless - however,
once the module is executed, it will continue recording until
YOU stop it from doing so!
Note: ExploreAnywhere Software is not responsible for users not
executing modules - or if you are unable to transfer the file
via e-mail. Click here for more information.

13. What if The module can't be executed via e-mail?
If you are unable to send your configured iSpyNOW module
to a remote machine, or the remote user does not run the iSpyNOW
module that you sent, the iSpyNOW software will not monitor and
record the users activities. If this is the case - you will need
to physically install the software onto the PC by running your
configured iSpyNOW module on the PC.
Important Note: Refunds will not be granted if you cannot send
the file via e-mail, or if the remote user doesn\'t run the module.
Executing the iSpyNOW module onto the machine you wish to monitor
is your responsibility, and is outside the scope of services we
offer.

16. Why am I unable to login to the iSpyNOW Control
Panel?
If you cannot login to the iSpyNOW control panel (i.e.
- it bring you back to the login page when you click the "Login
Now" button), ensure that you are using Internet Explorer
to access the iSpyNOW Control Panel, and that you do not have
any software running on your PC that prevents cookies from being
placed on your computer. If such software is present, you will
need to temporarily disable it so that iSpyNOW can place a cookie
on your computer to keep you logged into the software.
Such applications that may prevent cookies from being placed
on your PC are privacy control applications, internet activity
and temporary history cleaners, popup blockers, and spyware removal
tools. If any of these types of software applications are being
used, you will need to disable them so that you may login to the
iSpyNOW Control Panel.

17. Why is my username and password not being accepted?
Ensure that when you login to your iSpyNOW Member Account,
that you are using your EXACT username and password that you created
when you purchased the software. All usernames and passwords are
case sensitive. If you are not typing the username and password
in correctly, you will not be able to login to your member account.
18. Will iSpyNOW Be detected by virus scanners?
We are always doing the best we can to prevent our software from
being detected by virus scanners and anti spy software applications.
However, due to the increase in awareness of these programs, we
cannot guarantee our product will not be picked up by every scanning
application available. If our software is picked up, we will always
ensure that an update is released to prevent it from being picked
up.
For Symantec Anti Virus Users:
If your iSpyNOW software is being detected by Symantec
(Norton) Antivirus, we would suggest that you add the particular
files or folders related to those programs in to the exclusion
list of Norton AntiVirus. Please note that items in the Exclusion
list are configured to ignore certain behaviors that would normally
be considered virus-like activities. Please refer the document
from our Online Knowledge Base provided below to do the same:

19. Will iSpyNOW work on a limited user account?
At this point, iSpyNOW will NOT function correctly on
a limited user account. Due to the limitations of these accounts
within Microsoft Windows, the necessary modules that iSpyNOW needs
to run will not work under a limited user account. We strongly
recommend all users to install the iSpyNOW module onto machines
where the user they want to monitor is not running through a limited
account

20. Will users know iSpyNOW is installed once they execute
it?
iSpyNOW's installation will not be detected if you have
configured the application with the "No Splash Screen Option"
in your control panel. If you did add the splash screen, users
on the target machine will receive your custom warning message
once the application is executed or initiated on startup of that
PC.
